烏龍茶就是一種茶。
烏龍茶（oolong tea），亦稱青茶、半發(fā)酵茶及全發(fā)酵茶，品種較多，是中國幾大茶類中，獨具鮮明漢族特色的茶葉品類。烏龍茶是經(jīng)過采摘、萎凋、搖青、炒青、揉捻、烘焙等工序后制出的品質(zhì)優(yōu)異的茶類。烏龍茶由宋代貢茶龍團、鳳餅演變而來，創(chuàng)制于1725年（清雍正年間）前后。品嘗后齒頰留香，回味甘鮮。烏龍茶的藥理作用，突出表現(xiàn)在分解脂肪、減肥健美等方面。在日本被稱之為“美容茶”、“ 健美茶”。烏龍茶為中國特有的茶類，主要產(chǎn)于福建的閩北、閩南及廣東、臺灣三個省。四川、湖南等省也有少量生產(chǎn)。烏龍茶除了內(nèi)銷廣東、福建等省外，主要出口日本、東南亞和港澳地區(qū)。主要生產(chǎn)地區(qū)是福建省安溪縣等地。
